Private-Label Tea Bag Production

We fill herbal teas from our own supply chain into single-chamber string-and-tag bags under your brand. Our filling line runs at roughly 1,000 bags per hour, and the turnkey private-label program covers custom-printed envelopes and boxes through to export documentation. A broad botanical portfolio — linden, sage, thyme and blends — is processed with batch-level traceability; samples and pilot runs are prepared on request. Our catalogue holds 45 named blends plus 32 tea varieties sourced to order; matching taste, aroma and brew colour to a buyer's reference sample (benchmark matching) is offered as a service.
