What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product line. For dried herbs and plants, typical MOQ is 100 kg per SKU. For essential oils and extracts it starts at 25 kg. We can discuss smaller pilot orders for new partnerships — contact us for specifics.
What is your typical lead time?
Standard lead time is 3 to 6 weeks from order confirmation, depending on product, packaging and certification requirements. Geothermal-dried items in stock can ship within 7 to 10 business days.
Do you provide product samples?
Yes. We send paid samples (50 to 250 g) for quality evaluation. Sample cost and courier fees are credited against the first commercial order above MOQ.
What shipping and Incoterms do you support?
We ship worldwide under EXW, FOB and CIF Incoterms. Sea freight from Turkish ports (Mersin, Istanbul, Izmir) and air freight for time-critical shipments are both available.
What are your payment terms?
First order: 50% advance and 50% against shipping documents. Established partners may qualify for net 30 to 60 day terms after credit review.
