This policy explains what personal data Arovela (iO40 Finansal Teknolojiler A.Ş.) collects when you use arovela.com, how we use it, and the rights you have under Turkish KVKK and EU GDPR.
Data we collect
Contact form submissions (name, email, company, message), quote requests, IP address, browser user agent, and anonymous analytics events.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest for B2B commercial communication (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), consent for non-essential cookies (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), and compliance with Turkish commercial law (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
Third parties
We use Cloudflare for DNS and CDN, and may use Google Analytics (only after cookie consent) and Formspree for contact forms. These processors may receive anonymized data under their own policies.
Retention
Commercial inquiries are retained for up to 5 years for tax and trade compliance. Analytics data is retained up to 14 months. You can request earlier deletion.
Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, and objection. Under KVKK you may also file complaints with the KVKK Authority (kvkk.gov.tr); under GDPR, with your local DPA.
International transfers
Data may be processed outside Turkey (EU, US) by our infrastructure partners under standard contractual clauses.
